We're confident that his leadership and expertise will inspire our athletes to reach new heights season after season. As our Head Coach, Coach Reggie makes a vital addition to our team.
With 20 years of combined Athlete and Coaching experience, Stormie has experienced everything the sport of Cheer has to offer! Stormie spent her 14 years as an Athlete between Allstar and High School sideline and competitive cheer. Her areas of strength are stunting, jumps, and routine cleanliness and execution. When she isn’t at Intensity, she can be found working out, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves, or working at her 9 year established career in banking. She enjoys Coaching because it allows her to give back to the sport that gave her so much love, happiness, and confidence!
I’m Coach Kayla! I’ve been cheering since the age of 6. I’ve cheered High School sideline, High School competitive, and recently finished cheering at The University of South Carolina Aiken. My favorite parts of cheerleading are stunting, jumps, and the bonds that are created while participating in Cheer. I love coaching and being a part of I.C.E because I get to share my love for Cheer while helping others experience the same love that I have for the sport. When I’m not coaching, you can catch me in the classroom teaching! I’m also a part of the Open-Coed team at Intensity, as a back spot. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to experience the growth of Intensity! Let’s get icyyy!
Coach Malia’s love for Cheer started 15 years ago and grew even more when her daughter started with I.C.E in Season 1. While Malia didn’t have any experience with coaching, she utilized the skills that she accumulated through her Allstar Cheer journey, to help bring together the best Season 1 experience for our Novice team. When Malia is not at Intensity, she can be found spending time with her family, cheering on the Gamecocks, and working at Neighbors Pediatrics. Malia loves coaching because she enjoys helping Athletes figure out ways to achieve their goals and new skills. Coach Malia says that seeing the excitement that Athletes have when they learn new skills, is truly rewarding!
For 16 years, I lived in the world of cheerleading, spanning from recreational cheer, high school cheer, college cheer, to Allstar cheer. Now, I've dedicated myself to coaching for the past two years. However, my dream job has always been coaching Allstar cheer, a dream I'm now living as I practically reside at the gym, juggling coaching sessions, camps, and cheering for our Open Coed team. When I'm not on the mats, I'm pursuing my coaching certifications. My decision to coach stems from my love for the sport, cultivated over those 16 memorable years. I want to instill in younger athletes the same love and dedication that have fueled my journey. To me, ICE isn't just a gym; it's a sanctuary where the family atmosphere fosters growth and inspires everyone to strive for greatness.
Competitive Cheerleading has been a MAJOR part of my life. Starting at 7 years old and ending when I was 19. Throughout my time in the sport I have learned so many life lessons that have made me the person I am today. After moving from Vermilion, Ohio I figured the best way to make friends was to start coaching. And that’s how I found ICE!! I believe every cheerleader has their own favorite part of the sport and mine is stunting. I truly think competitive cheerleading is one of the greatest sports there is and I couldn’t imagine my life without it!! I coach tumbling classes, Youth Blaze, and am on Black Ice the open coed team. I never imagined getting back on the mat again after 3 1/2 years away (feels like a lifetime) but I am so beyond grateful!! I am so thankful that I am able to teach what my coaches taught me and I can teach the cheerleaders all of the same things that made me fall in love with the sport at such a young age! If you see me in the gym, feel free to say hi!! I’m still getting to know everyone and all of the parents!
