The Intensity Center recognizes that while tumbling is a crucial component of competitive

cheerleading, it is not the sole determinant of an athlete's abilities. Therefore, we provide Skills Classes tailored to each athlete's level, ensuring they receive the most appropriate support in a manner that suits their needs.

Our program offers a range of classes to fit

your athletes needs:

-Stunt Base Classes

-Five levels of tumbling classes

-Flyer Flexibility & Balancing Class

-Private lessons with Coach Reggie, Coach Sarina,  Coach Arika, or Coach Shelby

  Bring your babies and join Ms. Shelby on Tuesday or Saturday for 45 minutes of an educationally coordinated flexibility and balance class! This program is designed to get your 18 month - 3 year old prepared for the athletic world through pre-planned mommy & me curriculums that keep them engaged! The class costs $45 per month for one class a week.  

 Please note that the class is limited to 12 kids, so be sure to secure your spot in advance. 

 Elevate your flying performance with our specialized flexibility and stretching class. Designed specifically for top girls, this session focuses on advanced stretching and balancing techniques to improve range of motion, enhance your stunts, and prevent injuries. Perfect for all skill levels, our class will help you achieve those one legged stunts with greater ease and confidence. Join us and take your cheer skills to the next level, leaving each session feeling more flexible, powerful, and ready to fly your best! 

 Stunting is considered one of the most technical aspects of cheerleading. It requires a collective effort of multiple individuals to execute a particular stunt skill. At Intensity Cheer Elite, we offer a stunt base class that teaches bases strength, grips, twists and releases to ensure correct positioning and safety.
